Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your FREELANES account and associated data at any time. This action is permanent.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in to the web app at freelanes.co/login.
  2. Go to Account & API → scroll to "Delete Account".
  3. Confirm by typing your company ID. Your account is queued for deletion and removed within 7 days.

Alternatively, email support@freelanes.co from the address on file with the subject "Account deletion request" and we'll process it within 7 business days.

Some data may be retained for up to 90 days in encrypted backups, and longer where required by law (e.g. financial transaction records). See our Privacy Policy for details.
